Primetime Pictures is a Los Angeles based production company making high-quality, high concept, independent feature films.  Todd Nealey and Kelsey Howard founded the company in 2003 which is located in the heart of Hollywood on the famous Sunset Strip.  Our young company has many projects in development and preproduction.  Our most recent film, "Cruel World", is enjoying much success, having headlined four film festivals this fall.  Look for its release in 2006.
